Development retrospective

In a convenient location close to world famous Cheshire Oaks retail and leisure parks, Lime Tree Grange was a select development of just seven thoughtfully designed four bedroom homes.

Situated on land previously belonging to Lime Tree Farm before it became the farm shop that currently stands there, the development offered easy access to local shopping and sightseeing, days out and commutes to Chester and Liverpool.

This development was the first to carry an A-Rated energy performance certificate for its homes, with each property installed with solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point. Enhancing our green initiatives further, hedgehog highways were installed in garden fences, and bird boxes and bug hotels were gifted to each customer on completion.

Once again our 'Pine' show home was a popular choice, however the development also offered our new design 'The Laurel', a wonderful double fronted home with sunny westerly facing gardens.

Popular with professional couples, the development has soon become home to those looking for a private location which is close enough to lifestyle enhancing facilities.
