Nestled between the urban convenience of Great Sutton and the rural countryside of Capenhurst Archway Homes built Woodland View, a development of seven family homes. Less than 15 minutes from the historic city centre of Chester and less than half an hour from Liverpool, the culture capital of the north, Woodland View was ideally situated for either city.
This stunning new cul-de-sac saw the introduction of a number of new homes to the Archway portfolio - the Birch, the Hazel, the Rowan, the Pine, the Hawthorn and the Chestnut were all specifically designed for Woodland View. They all had four bedrooms, at least three of which were double, en suite to the master bedroom, separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom. Most of them were also designed with the new way of family living in mind - providing a large family space for cooking, living and dining, with patio doors allowing direct access to the gardens.
Archway Homes' high specification was very evident at Woodland View with top quality fixtures and fittings, well thought out kitchens with integrated appliances and Twyfords bathroom furniture as standard. They also included fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom and a fenced, turfed garden, with mature trees around the development boundary giving additional privacy.
Due to the number of homes and the new location Archway Homes decided to turn Plot 1, the Birch, into a stunning show home, which enabled potential purchasers to explore the inside of an Archway home and see before they bought the quality of the design and high specification available.
Woodland View was Archway Homes' first development in the Great Sutton area and proved to be so popular that they were delighted to be able to later build another one just a couple of minutes down the road.
Customer Comments: "We wish we could take the house with us, it's going to be difficult to find something as nice and well-built as our Archway home."
