The Old Dairy specification

At Archway Homes we pride ourselves on what is included in our standard specification. We like our customers, and any visitors they might have, to be impressed with their new home, so rather than the standard white painted internal doors we provide attractive, 4 panel oak veneered door with chrome ironmongery. We also include chrome light and plug sockets throughout as standard.

We aim for there to be very little you need to worry about when you move into your new home. This is why your Archway Home will come complete with a SKY Q satellite dish and digital TV aerial, pre wired into the chrome media panels in the lounge, family room and master bedroom. We also are delighted to say all homes at The Old Dairy will have FTTP (Fibre to the Property) broadband connections, providing super fast speeds for internet services.

We know energy efficiency and money saving will be important to you so our homes are kept warm with a dual zone central heating system. The Beech, Hazel and Elder house type have a combi boiler, which is both a high-efficiency water heater and a central heating boiler combined (hence the name) within one compact unit. The Pine and Poplar house type have a highly efficient central heating system with pressurised hot water cylinder.

Don't worry, all Archway Homes on this development are freehold so there is no management company or management charges to have to pay.

We follow the high specification through to your kitchen. Our kitchens and utility rooms, where applicable, come fitted with a choice* of units with soft close drawers and doors. We include integrated appliances and ceramic floor tiling, making this a place you will want to spend all your time in.

The master bedroom is somewhere else we haven't forgotten so, as standard, we provide fitted wardrobes and a chrome media panel to connect to the satellite dish or aerial.

Bathroom, cloakroom and en suite

Continuing the high specification, our bathrooms and en suites come with half tiled walls and fully tiled floors, with tiles selected from our extensive range*. We provide a generous splash back behind the wash basin and tiled flooring in the downstairs cloak room too. With showers in all the bathrooms, VitrA and Trojan sanitary ware and heated towel rails, our exquisite bathrooms will get your day off to a good start.

External features

As with the rest of the home, we feel you shouldn't have to worry about your garden. That's why we include an outside tap, turf, fencing and riven effect stone patio slabs by your French doors as standard. We even add extra slabs for you to store your recycling bins and access your service boxes.
