Worleston is a lovely rural location close to the historic market town of Nantwich and provided an exciting setting for Oak View, a small development of just five family homes, two of which provided much needed affordable housing to the area.
Backing on to open countryside Oak View was a perfect mix between country living and convenient lifestyle as there was a charming country pub close by and all the facilities that Nantwich provides were within a few minutes' drive. The superb local bakery opposite also proved a winner with both the team building the homes and potential customers.
On this development Archway Homes was able to utilise two existing house types, the Sycamore and Rowan, both of which are spacious family homes designed for today's style of living. They benefit from generous open plan kitchen dining family rooms opening onto the rear gardens. Upstairs provided four well-proportioned double bedrooms, two of which had en suites, and a good sized family bathroom with separate shower. The master bedrooms benefitted from Hammonds fitted wardrobes and enjoyed beautiful views across the fields.
Modern kitchen layouts with integrated appliances, Twyfords white sanitary ware and chrome accessories throughout all came as standard. These homes also enjoyed generous back gardens backing on to open countryside, ideal for children to play.
"My friends and family all remark how lovely the house is and say how unusual it is to see a new build of such high quality."
"5 star client service."
