Eastham Fields development complete

The last homeowner to move in on Eastham Fields, the largest development Archway have undertaken, completed last week.

Situated within the desirable conservation area of Eastham Village, Eastham Fields offered purchasers the opportunity to live on a select development of 21 four-bedroom detached, well-appointed family homes.

In a perfect location, Eastham Fields offered the charm of living in one of the Wirral’s oldest villages, along with the convenience of being situated close to the A41 and the M53. With local facilities and shops in abundance, customers were attracted to the development as it offered suitability for families and downsizers alike.

Not only has Eastham Village benefitted from much needed family homes, but the construction of the development facilitated Anselmians Rugby Union Football Club to improve their facilities with a fabulous clubhouse and community centre, car park, and new pitches. Many of our residents have children who play rugby with the club, and the new clubhouse with bar and terrace over looking the pitch has been a welcome addition to the village with the residents meeting their regularly.

With the time the develpment has taken to be constructed, there have been some new additions to the families on Eastham Fields, including a pair of twins. The development has seen its first Christmas with one resident wowing the close with a stunning Christmas floral arch, and also its first European football tournament with some rivalry between our Scottish residents and their fellow English men.

Certainly this development has been the creation of a community, as well as the creation of a few garden bars!

We wish all the residents on Eastham Fields, a very happy new community!
