Charter for Safe Working Practice

Archway Homes are back at work closely adhering to the HBF Charter for Safe Working Practice - COVID-19 guidelines, which has been developed in conjuction the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government and the Construction Industry.

We at Archway Homes have re-opened our developments and office, incorporating a strict range of measures in line with the Charter, designed to keep our staff, customers and local community safe.

The process of building a home will inevitably take longer than it used to - we ask our customers to be patient.

Any visitors to our developments, whether customers, subcontractors, delivery drivers or management will all be asked to:

  • Register with the site management team upon arrival for a coronavirus induction
  • Stay at home if you have any coronavirus symptons or are living wiht someone who has
  • Where possible, travel alone or with others in your household and follow social distancing guidance if using public transport
  • Take time to understand and comply with all guidance provided, in particular with regards to social distancing.
  • Report any concerns to the site or sales manager

For customers who are already living in an Archway Home, we will log any customer care issues and deal with them in due course but for the time being we hope you will understand that we will still only respond to emergency situations.
