At Archway Homes, we like our customers to always be impressed with their new home and so, when you open the front door, the first thing you will be greeted by is an oak staircase. Access to each room is through an attractive, 4 panel oak veneered door with chrome ironmongery, to match the light and plug sockets, as standard.

When you move into your home, we aim to give you the minimum to worry about. This is why your Archway Home will come complete with a satellite dish and aerial system already wired into chrome media panels in the lounge, family room and master bedroom.

The house will be protected by an alarm system and kept warm with our dynamic, dual zone central heating with programmable remote controls, pressurised cylinder and an external weather compensator which ensures the system works as efficiently as possible.

All Archway Homes on this development are freehold and there is no management company or management charges to worry about.


The kitchen is often described as the 'heart of the home' and fittingly we have equipped this room with a high specification. With integrated Neff appliances as standard, granite or stone worktops and floor tiling throughout, your Archway kitchen will be a place you want to spend all your time in.

Our kitchens and utility rooms come fitted with a choice* of units with soft close drawers and doors. The granite or stone worktops are illuminated by the energy efficient LED pelmet lights that we include as standard.

As with the rest of the home, we feel your garden should be a place you can enjoy, without requiring additional expense. That's why we include turf, fencing and riven effect stone patio slabs as standard. We even add extra slabs for you to store your recycling bins and access your service boxes.
