The next Archway Homes development took the Company to a new level. Not only was Eddisbury Park in a new area, the lovely parish of Hartford, near Northwich, but it was also a large enough piece of land to build 16 homes on it. This was the largest development that Archway had undertaken to date, and also provided 5 affordable homes for the area.
The eleven open market homes on this stunning development were four bedroom detached properties, some benefitting from two en suite bathrooms. They were all built to Archway Homes high specification and quality. The kitchens came with integrated Neff appliances, bathrooms were fitted with Twyfords white sanitary ware and the master bedrooms had Hammonds fitted wardrobes. All doors were oak veneered and chrome accessories throughout came as standard. In addition to this high specification there was the option to upgrade to an enhanced specification, which was such good value that all of the purchasers opted for it. Included in the package were oak staircases, alarm systems, full tiling to all the wet rooms, carpets, granite worktops, additional fitted wardrobes in the guest bedroom and ceramic floor tiling to the family room.
Eddisbury Park saw the development of three new house types. The Elder and the Spruce were welcome additions at the smaller end of the scale and the Oak was the largest home on the development, taking advantage of a large corner plot. They all had large open plan kitchen, family and dining areas overlooking the garden, and all proved very popular with customers.
