Greenbank View was a lovely development of three family homes on a private road situated in the rural village of Alvanley. Located near the heights of Helsby Hill and with fantastic views of the Cheshire countryside, Alvanley is a sought after location at the heart of which is the, ever popular, White Lion pub, which attracts people from all over Cheshire.
Alvanley's tranquil atmosphere belies its close proximity to good transport links, with the A56 just over a mile away. Its location is convenient for Chester, Liverpool and Manchester and, for those who enjoy the great outdoors, it is situated right on the famous Sandstone Trail, as well as being on the doorstep of Delamere Forest.
Originally a motorcycle showroom and repair workshop, the previous buildings had already been cleared ready for the scheme. This development gave rise to our Sycamore house type, a successful design which was used twice on Greenbank View and has since been enhanced and used on future schemes.
The specification of the houses at Greenbank View was very high with full oak staircases, granite worktops, integrated NEFF appliances, chrome fittings, oak veneer doors and fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom. The fully turfed gardens were a generous size and offered fantastic views of the Cheshire countryside.
Customer comments: "We love our house! Every element of the design has been thought through in great detail. From the layout of the rooms to the position of each plug socket, the house has been created with living in mind."
